Dailey Ward
ACTOR
Hailing from Wheeling, West Virginia, Dailey is a 22-year-old acting student studying in NYC. She began acting in productions at the amazing Towngate Theater at six years old. She learned what love looks like in the thespian community of Wheeling. She was absorbed into the speech and theater crowd at Wheeling Park High School, receiving the blessing of one-on-one coaching for the first time. A coach showed her Billie Whitelaw’s performance of Not I by Samuel Beckett, which influenced her.
At that moment, Dailey realized there was something so visceral in the theater that she had to learn more. This led her to pursue a double Theater and English Bachelor of Arts degree at Fordham University. Both of her fields of study fuel each other and have been of tremendous help with the summers she spends teaching elementary students theater. Dailey hopes to continue working on new works, educating, and creating loving communities who have a passion for diving into all sorts of texts.
