
Yasemin Cem
ACTOR
Yasemin Cem is a multilingual, trained actor with a background in both film and theatre, currently studying Theatre with a concentration in Performance at Fordham University. She has been part of a range of productions, including the television series Hay Sultan and independent projects like Krizalit and The Tip.
On stage, she has taken on roles in Fordham MainStage productions such as The House of Bernarda Alba, Dance Nation, and Aulis, as well as studio productions like My Sweetest Baby Angel Princess and When Birds Don’t Fly. While theatre holds a special place in her heart, she is especially excited about new opportunities in film and television.
Her training includes programs at Juilliard, The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, and West End Stage in London, where she has worked with experienced instructors to develop her craft. Fluent in Turkish, Portuguese, and English, she enjoys working on diverse projects and adapting to different storytelling styles.
Beyond acting, Yasemin has experience in fencing, dance, and movement-based performance, skills that she brings to her work when the role calls for it. She is always looking to grow as a performer and collaborate on meaningful projects.
